Description

PURPOSE: The City of Leander, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide construction services for the delivery of the Great Lawn component of the Lakewood Park Project.
BACKGROUND: The City of Leander is actively building the Lakewood Park Project. The Great Lawn component of this project is critical to complete in time for the Liberty Fest celebration on July 4th 2020. The Great Lawn is a 13 +/- acre area.
PROJECT ARCHITECT & PLANS: The design and construction management services for the Project are being provided by Halff Associates, 9500 Amberglen Blvd., Building F, Suite 125, Austin, TX 78729. Brandon Hay 512-777-4591. Bid Set Plans are available on www.millerids.com by Miller in their plan room.
