Description

PURPOSE: The City of Leander, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, (Respondent), to provide all labor and materials necessary to provide turnkey solutions that include installation and user training for upgraded audio/visual and control systems (herein AV Systems) and equipment at various locations throughout the City.

Respondents are not required to bid on all projects.

BACKGROUND: The City’s FY 19 Adopted Budget includes funds for three (3) separate AV Systems projects at the following locations:
1. Project #1: Emergency Operations Center: 101 E. Sonny Drive, Leander TX 78641
2. Project #2: Police Department: 705 Leander Drive, Leander TX 78641
3. Project #3: Pat Bryson Municipal Hall: 201 N. Brushy Street, Leander TX 78641
