Description

The City of Buda seeks proposals from qualified respondents for the use of the former City of Buda City Hall located at 121 S. Main Street, Buda, Texas. The goal of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from interested parties. The City may negotiate a license agreement with the Proposer whose proposal provides the best overall value to the City of Buda based on the RFP response and alignment with the City of Buda’s goals.

Proposals may be submitted by private individuals, businesses, non-profits, and others for use of the entire building or a portion of the building. The RFP is for use of the facility. No options or proposals to purchase will be accepted at this time.

Sealed Proposals are due by 12:00 p.m. CST on June 12, 2019. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. Respondents shall submit five (5) hardcopy submittals along with an electronic PDF submittal on a CD or flash drive.

Sealed Proposals shall be marked “RFP Number 19-010 – City Hall Reuse” and addressed to City of Buda – Purchasing. Proposals may be hand-delivered or mailed to the following address:

A Pre-Proposal Meeting and Tour of the Facility will be conducted on May 22, 2019 beginning at 2:00 p.m. CST in the former City Hall Council Chambers located at 121 S. Main Street, Buda, Texas. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is encouraged but not mandatory. Any questions and answers provided during the Pre-Proposal Meeting will be issued in an addendum and posted on the City’s website with the RFP notice.
