NOTICE TO RESPONDERS FOR THE INTENTION OF THE CITY OF TAYLOR TO LET CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MUSTANG CREEK WWTP SCADA REPLACEMENT
Sealed proposals, addressed to Rosemarie Dennis, Finance Director, City of Taylor, Texas, 400 Porter Street, Taylor, Texas 76574; 512-352-3675, for Mustang Creek WWTP – SCADA Replacement 2017, in Taylor, Texas will be received until 2:00 pm local time March 20, 2018, at the address above. Proposals must be in a sealed envelope and have the project name, closing date and company name clearly marked on the outside envelope. All proposals will be acknowledged at that time. Proposals sent via facsimile WILL NOT be accepted.
The Project includes the replacement of the existing SCADA system including computer, software, and field devices as required for complete installation.
Performance and Payment Bonds as well as a 5% Bid Bond will be required for this project.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS may be examined without charge in the City of Taylor’s City Hall. Electronic copy of the RFP may be obtained from Sledge Engineering, LLC by emailing stephen@sledge.biz
A pre-proposal conference will NOT be conducted.

In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, the Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject any or all proposals. No proposal may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after date on which proposals are opened.
