PURPOSE: The City of Leander, herein after “City”, seeks to establish a contract with qualified
individuals, firms or corporations, herein after “Respondent”, to provide construction services,
herein “Services”, for the delivery of a 52-space parking lot expansion at Bledsoe Park in Leander
on the south side of the property.
2. ENGINEER’S ESTIMATE: The Project Engineer, Haynie Consulting, Inc. estimates the construction
budget to be $152,000 +/-.
