Proposal for employee benefits consulting & brokerage company to perform the full range of services related to the design, marketing, maintenance and improvement of the City’s employee benefits program for all employee benefit coverages including but not limited to, life insurance, AD&D, medical, dental, vision, disability/accident, pharmacy plan, and medical stop loss. Term will be a one year contract with 4 annual renewals for a total of 5 years.
