The City of Cedar Park has five (5) above ground fuel tanks: one (1) 4,000 gallon gasoline and one (1) 2,000 gallon diesel tank located at 2401 Brushy Creek Loop; and one (1) 2,000 gallon gasoline tank located at 911 Quest Parkway; and one (1) 1,000 gallon diesel tank and one (1) 500 gallon gasoline tank at 1501 Cottonwood Creek Trail. Average fuel consumption is 3,200 gallons per week unleaded and 900 gallons per week diesel, although quantities and locations may vary.

All responses to this IFB (“Bids”) shall be submitted on the attached response forms. Bids must be received by the City of Cedar Park Finance Department at or before 2:00 PM CST on June 28, 2019. Each Bid must be properly identified with the subject title and date and time due. One (1) original and three (3) copies of the Bid shall be submitted BOTH (1) in written, hard-copy format, and one (1) copy in electronic format on a USB drive (electronic version must contain only ONE pdf file of your bid – PLEASE DO NOT SEPARATE SECTIONS INTO DIFFERENT FILES ON THE USB).
