Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The contractor shall provide overnight shipping on parts • Repair, installation, and maintenance of: o Automatic entrance door systems o Interior automatic swing door systems o Automatic revolving door systems o ICU sliders o Won Door Systems • Repair Work Includes: o Repairing/replacing worn equipment o Upgrading or rewiring components o Lubricating & maintenance of all door-related equipment • Door Systems Components Covered: o ADA operators o Motion sensors o Door closers o Request to exit o Mag locks o Headers o Activation and safety systems o Motor kits o Transformers o Tracks o Pulleys o Electrified latches (where applicable) o Belts, wheels, sweeps directly associated with door operators (specifically sliding doors) o Additional components such as key switches, ADA buttons, relays, timers, or auxiliary control modules • Contract Purposes: o Addressing upgrades o Replacing worn parts o Service needs o Cover travel time resulting from damage caused by factors like vandalism, accidents, fires, floods, inclement weather, or other human-made or natural events • Repair Work Covered: o Glass, glazing, frames, weather seals, and sweeps not related to the door operator o Auxiliary locks o Electronic supplies o Access control panels/relays o Security systems o Door closers o Door operators o Rollers o Loop detectors o Panic hardware not integrated with the door operator • Exclusions: o Work related to floor finishes o Unspecified door-related components
