Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor shall provide all the necessary labor, materials and equipment for a time and attendance software solution. A meeting will be required (virtual or in-person) with the awarded vendor at the start of the project. This meeting will crystalize and define expectations/timelines. After the award has been approved by Commissioners Court, the HCSO will provide the vendor with a complete list of job descriptions (electronic). The vendor’s software solution must provide, incorporate and manage the following: 1) A solution that will integrate with Harris County’s Enterprise Response Planning (ERP) software, PeopleSoft 2) Will pull accrued vacation, sick, comp and floating time from PeopleSoft for display 3) Will integrate with a time clock that has robust connectivity and authentication options 4) Connectivity - WiFi, Wired and Bluetooth 5) Authentication – radio frequency identification, denoting (RFID), bar code, magnetic strip, facial recognition, fingerprint, or other non-contact biometric options 6) The ability to generate and display a daily watch schedule 7) Staff to inmate ratio needs will be automatically tabulated based on staffing
