Specifications include, but are not limited to: Administrator Dashboard – provides administrator with a back-end view of all student profiles to give an overall view of each step a student is at in their study abroad program. User Types and Roles & Permissions – Provides the study abroad office to create individual administrator profiles with multiple options for user type access with different roles and permissions aligned with their needs within the system. Profile Tracking – tracking capabilities that show administrators a student profile activity categorized by the interest stage, application stage, pre-departure stage, on-site stage, alumni stage, and withdrawn/application stage as it relates to studying abroad. Reporting – ability for administrators to run reports on data collected through profile tracking and data collection to provide accurate and reliant information across all data points within the system. Filters – ability for administrators to place filters within reporting to pull all or selected information related to an individual student profiles, a specific program or stage. Program Brochure Page – software allows capabilities for administrators to publish individual program brochure pages that provides students with detailed information for each individual type of study abroad program option available and creating a virtual catalog of programs for the study abroad office.
