Specifications include, but are not limited to: Monitoring Services should monitor all (public) social media platforms as well as messaging platforms for possible threats (search of key words, key phrases to coincide with current and changing trends) Monitoring should be confined to geo fence parameter that will be provided by school district per campus/department During special events system must allow for additional geo fencing locations (ie. prom, graduation, away games) Monitoring should be 24 hours a day 7 days a week Daily reporting via email to assigned Mission CISD personnel Emergency/Urgent report must be done via telephone at any time of the day to assigned Mission CISD personnel Reports should be sent to a MCISD assigned employee(s) via email All suspected threats should be reviewed by monitoring company prior to sending a report to Mission CISD to identify posts that are non threatening (false positives) Should allow district to provide additional phrases and key words for monitoring (no word/phrase limit) Training / Staff Development (Online/Webinar/In Person – any of these would be acceptable) 24 hours a day 7 days per week online and phone technical support
