Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 The Denton ISD is seeking proposals to obtain Security Services for all Denton ISD facilities. 3.2 Failure by the vendor or authorized representative(s) to fully inform themselves as to the conditions, requirements, specifications and employment of labor, will not relieve the successful bidder of the obligations to furnish all materials and labor necessary to complete the provisions of this contract. 3.3 The vendor shall provide uniformed guards for all assignments, unless the District specifically requests plain-clothes officers. 3.4 The vendor shall provide a patrol vehicle and mobile phone. 3.4 Patrol areas and schedules will be mutually agreed upon by the awarded vendor and the District.
