Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Laredo is requesting sealed bids for providing security guard services, for the City of Laredo. The successful bidder shall be required to maintain a Texas License Class B or Class C from the Texas Board of Private Investigators and Private Security Agencies. The Contractor must be engaged in the business of providing security services with a minimum of three (3) years experience of providing security services in the state of Texas or any other state prior to commencement date of the contract. Contractor must be agency licensed and bonded by the proper authority in the State of Texas that regulates this type of work and shall be in good standing with the Private Security Bureau of the Texas Department of Public Safety and having current licenses and permits for all security guard personnel as mandated by local, state and federal requirement. Contractor must submit satisfactory proof of their necessary licensing and bonding to certify that their agency is in good standing with the State authority.
