These campuses are Seele Elementary, Oak Run Middle School, New Braunfels Middle School. Definition below: Definition of Exterior Secured Area An exterior secured area is an area fully enclosed by a fence and/or wall that: 1. If enclosed by a fence or wall, utilizes a fence or wall at least 6 feet high with design features that prevent it from being easily scalable, such as stone, wrought iron, chain link with slats or windscreen, or chain link topped with an anti-scaling device, or utilizes a fence or wall at least 8 feet high; 2. Is well maintained; and 3. If gated, it features locked gates with emergency egress hardware and has features to prevent opening from the exterior without a key or combination mechanism 1) Seele Elementary - 540 Howard Street - See attached blueprint. a) Approximately 260 linear feet of Design Master Fencing, six (6) foot height. b) Twelve (12) foot access gate installed where indicated on plans c) Connection to existing chain linked fence, as indicated on plans. 2) Oak Run Middle School - 415 Oak Run Point - See attached blueprint. a) Approximately 550 linear feet of six (6) foot - chain link fence - Black Coated piping / fence b) Approximately 1400 linear feet of eight (6) foot - chain link fence - Black Coated piping / fence c) Two (2) total, twelve (12) foot access gates provided into the fencing, please notate gate locations on design plans. 3) New Braunfels Middle School - 608 Settlers Crossing - See attached blueprint. a) Approximately 2400 linear feet of eight (8) foot - chain link fence - Black Coating piping / fence b) Two (2) total, twelve (12) foot access gates provided into the fencing, please notate gate locations on design plans.
