Specifications include, but are not limited to: BPUB is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified, licensed Class B, and independent security consulting firms (Firm) to provide security assessment services to evaluate and make recommendations regarding the existing physical security measures, current emergency response protocols, training initiatives, current security policies and procedures, current staffing of contracted security services, current security communications and current security surveillance systems. BPUB facilities include water treatment plants, water towers, wastewater treatment plants, a power plant, electric substations, wastewater lift stations, office buildings, and other utility facilities.
