Specifications include, but are not limited to: -Research Management System (RMS) and AlertsThe service must have a RMS that allows tagging, highlighting, organization, and note-taking of shared information documents. The RMS must allow team members to share notes and provide comments based on the searches that are performed. With the RMS, the service must also have the ability to perform Alerts. These Alerts must allow and give notifications to the user for a quick search of documentation related to the search that is being performed such as, but not limited to: new filings, news, presentations, and price moves. The Alert system must be created, established, and allow for modification by the TRS access user in the system. The Alert system notifications will allow the TRS access user to track, audit, analyze, and share investment ideas of the search documents that are being searched.-Machine Learning to Improve FunctionalityThe service must provide the ability to use machine learning to improve the functionality of document and data searches. The machine learning must be able to compile and retain search knowledge performed by the users. This compiled and retained knowledge through machine learning will allow the users to gain quicker, faster, and more improved search features over time by constantly learning the users search habits. The service must be able to decipher earning reports, through machine learning and natural language process, to create summaries for TRS’s clients. -Annotation, Redlining, and Modeling and Evaluation ToolsThe service must provide the ability for annotation and redlining. Annotation must have the ability to search documents and compile them into a central location for review. Redlining must have the ability to accurately and compare redlines of the filing language and filing periods of the searches being performed.The service must be able to use modeling and evaluation tools when searches are being performed. The service must be able to identify what databases get used for historical financial statements and forecast data. The service must allow integration of notes taken from platforms that are from both the public and private companies. The service must provide easy mobile access to all Smart Search functionality tools.
