Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Laredo Independent School District is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to remodel, expand, provide site canopies and other work indicated in the architects specification and design document at the Martin High School Cafeteria. The contractor shall clearly mark construction site for safety and utilize existing fencing to keep site secure. Also included but not limited to: site grading, over-excavation, select fill for the new canopy pads, monolithic slab on grade foundation system, concrete flatwork, concrete curing, masonry accessories, steel fabricated canopies, structural framing, light gauge drywall framing, metal decking, rough carpentry, prefinished metal standing seam roof and ceiling soffit panel system, sheet metal flashing and trim, joint sealants. Also included are hollow metal doors, aluminum storefront doors and window frames, replacement of ADA approved door hardware, polish mirror glazing, metal stud framing and furr-downs, gypsum wall and ceiling board, porcelain floor and wall tile, interior and exterior paint work, cast letters and signage, fire extinguishers and cabinets, building specialties, building plaque, a replacement of the fire alarm and security system.
