Specifications include, but are not limited to: Polygraph examinations shall be conducted by licensed and experienced polygraph examiners. Polygraph examinations shall be conducted in accordance with the American Polygraph Association (APA) or National Polygraph Association (NPA) Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. Designated polygraph examination location(s) shall be provided by Contractor. Polygraph examination locations shall be located in Dallas area. Scheduled polygraph examinations hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Contractor shall conduct polygraph examination in Spanish as needed and translate report to English. Polygraph examination(s) for but not limited to: pre-employment, criminal and internal investigations. The contractor shall furnish all material, labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services required. Polygraph examination report(s) shall be a factual, impartial, and objective account of information developed during the examination, and the examiner’s professional conclusions based on analysis of the polygraph data and observations. The report shall be submitted to the requesting department of District electronically via e-mail within twenty-four (24) hours of the examination.
