Specifications include, but are not limited to: TTUHSC School of Medicine seeks a product allowing the school to adapt rapidly to the evolving educational environment for medical students, including the ability to design personalized study plans and to track student performance in real time so that interventions can occur in a timely manner. The product will provide the following services: online educational content accessible to learners and educators, curriculum alignment tools to integrate online learning resources with school developed curriculum, formative and summative assessment tools available to school and not to learners, student performance tracking with statistical analysis. Anticipated curriculum mapping interface will accelerate the school's ability to meet accreditation standards and enhance the ability to ensure current curriculum is effectively preparing our students for their future careers. The expected assessment resources will provide standardized methods for assessing student knowledge and engagement in ways that are consistent with contemporary learning strategies. The product will be provided as an online resource and interface with current tracking programs, including Banner (ERP). It should have the potential to replace a current curriculum mapping tool and may in the future replace other stand-alone products.
