Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Successful Respondent shall provide Licensed Software and Related Services that meet or exceed the minimum requirements specified in this RFO for a firm fixed price in accordance with the terms set forth in this RFO. b) Successful Respondent shall provide Software License and Related Services for the applications listed on the Mandatory Price Sheet (Section IV) according to the terms and conditions of this RFO. c) Successful Respondent shall grant a license to CPA for the Licensed Software consistent with the terms set forth in Microsoft Enterprise Agreement No. 01E73535. d) Successful Respondent shall provide CPA access to the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC). The VLSC shall include the following: o Rights to new software releases, o Training, o E-Learning, o Home Use Program, o 24x7 Problem Resolution Support, o Planning Services, and o License Mobility through Software Assurance. e) Successful Respondent must be an authorized reseller or service provider of Microsoft software. f) In its Offer, Respondent must provide the following: (1) all costs for providing the Services required by this Part D in Section IV (Mandatory Price Sheet) of this RFO; (2) a detailed description of how Respondent will provide problem or trouble resolution, its escalation procedures, and the timeframe in which Respondent will respond to CPA’s request for maintenance and technical support; (3) proof of Large Account Reseller (LAR) status, if applicable; (4) copy of the proposed License Agreement for all Licensed Software in accordance with Section II, Part P (Respondent Documents) of the RFO; (5) copy of the Product Use Rights and licensing guide for all Licensed Software in accordance with Section II, Part P (Respondent Documents) of the RFO; and (6) copy of the proposed Service Level Agreements and/or Technical Support Agreements in accordance with Section II, Part P (Respondent Documents) of the RFO.
