Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing maintenance and repair services for fleet medium and heavy on-road trucks. Service repair technicians shall have experience in repairing and maintaining, at a minimum, diesel, compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) equipment. Maintenance and repair to include, but not be limited to: 6.1.1. Electrical and electronic troubleshooting techniques and repair procedures. 6.1.2. Diagnosing, analyzing, overhauling, and repairing engines. 6.1.3. Repairing automatic and standard transmissions and hydrostatic drives. 6.1.4. Repairing ignition system, exhaust, emission control system, cooling system, air conditioner, heater, air intake system, and fuel system. 6.1.5. Repairing brakes including anti-locking systems. 6.1.6. Repairing all types of clutch components. 6.1.7. Repairing all components of cab and chassis. 6.1.8. Repairing steering system, drive shaft, u-joints, and rear differentials. 6.1.9. Scanning equipment for data and trouble codes 6.1.10. Interpreting trouble codes, diagrams, blueprints, and technical data.
