Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District seeks to identify the best qualified Offeror capable of providing medical interpretation certification. A. Contractor will provide access to medical interpreter testing and certification on-site at the District for the District employees, 8 hours, 5 days a week. 1. Testing must be provided on site and be available at a minimum M-F, 9A to 5P. 2. Certification only for Spanish language, approximately 40-60 certifications per year. 3. The District will maintain office/computer lab space for testing purposes. B. The District as part of its duties as a testing site on behalf of the Contractor will maintain all of the examination material in confidence in exchange for a waiver of the registration fee, per applicant that the Contractor would customarily charge. 1. Written results must be available within 24 hours of completing the exam and delivered via email to the test taker and Parkland. Official scores to candidate and District are required within 6 business days. 2. Oral results must be available within 5-6 weeks days of completing the exam and delivered via email to the test taker and District. 3. District’s proctors will sign NDA’s to administer tests. 4. All performance tests will meet the nationally certified interpreter standards. C. Monthly reporting must be provided showing all of District’s Participants and status of written and oral testing.
