Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Cook, prepare and package daily meals for a minimum of 250 meals for senior citizens and the elderly of Pearsall b. Meet with city staff to discuss and coordinate plans for implementation to include timelines, deadlines, menus, and other logistical components related tothis service c. Provide a per meal cost for a minimum of 250 plates and costs for additional plates they are asked to prepare. Costs provided should include food cost, labor and overheads. The city is not requesting and itemized expense list of these costs, but offeror should consider all of these costs in their proposal price. d. A menu of daily meals is required and will be used to determine best value for the city
