Specifications include, but are not limited to: Structural Abatement in Various Locations for Harris County Public Health Services for one (1) year beginning approximately May 1, 2023 ; Securing of the sites are notified on an “as needed” basis, by the Harris County Public Health (HCPH)- Environmental Public Health (EPH) Specialist, to board, secure, and cover, whereby the physical condition(s) is/are substantially deteriorated with structural openings, uncovered abandoned pools, which constitutes a public nuisance to the health, safety, and welfare of Harris County. FIELD QUALITY CONTROL Notify the HCPH- EPH Specialist at the completion of the work for an inspection of the finished site. HCPHEPH Specialist will return to the site to verify the property has been abated and all debris removed. Photos will be taken of the cleaned property. EQUIPMENT Contractor shall provide all equipment, personnel, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the removal of nuisance. Use equipment appropriate for use around closely spaced structures and fence lines to avoid damage.
