Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Texas, by and through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), for and on behalf of the Department of State Health Services (DSHS), issues this Request for Offers (RFO) to solicit a qualified Respondent to provide the Maven platform and associated operations, maintenance, and support services. The Maven platform is proprietary software owned by Conduent Public Health Solutions Inc. The qualified Respondent shall provide the Maven platform and software development, technical support, and maintenance services for the Texas Emergency Management Services and Trauma Health Registry (EMSTR), Birth Defect Registry (BDR), and Blood Lead Registry (BLR) (collectively referred to herein as “In-Scope Maven Registries”), in accordance with this Solicitation.
