Specifications include, but are not limited to: The GTMC will provide complete garage parking management services 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. The GTMC will provide excellent expeditious customer service with well-trained uniformed employees, limiting wait time to no more than 5 vehicles in queue in any lane at any time. The GTMC is responsible for protecting fees collected, collecting daily and monthly parking fees as directed by the City, as well as depositing any fee amounts as directed by this specification. Approximately 57% of the 2100 daily transactions (Garage A&B) are billed through the NTTA (AVI Reads), 35% are Credit Card, and 8% are Cash All Funds will be deposited daily in the City of Dallas’ bank, PARCS credit card equipment will be programmed with the City’s merchant ID. A Payment Gateway (Payment Express) between the Skidata PARCS and First Data Merchant Services will be contracted by the GTMC at an estimated cost of $25k annually for all Garages.
