Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. A comprehensive study of how City departments use ERP systems currently and how a modern ERP could benefit us. 2. Interviews with affected departments, particularly Finance and Human Resources and potentially, should it be beneficial to do so at the same time, Water Utilities and Customer Service staff. 6 3. A review and analysis of financial, general accounting payroll, human resources, benefits and business processes which identifies gaps and improvements that could be made by a suitable ERP. As noted above, should it be beneficial to do so at the same time, we would like to examine all billing and customer service processes that are currently being managed by Inhance. 4. A recommendation of appropriate integrations with other applications to capture financial data and document management capabilities.
