Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Urine Drug Testing Supplies and Services Drug testing supplies shall consist of urine collection container cups and integrated collection and screening devices for on-site presumptive screening of urine specimens. Supplies will be ordered electronically via email and vendor shall ensure that orders are filled/delivered within two (2) business days. 2. Urine Drug Testing Laboratory Services Drug testing laboratory services shall include specimen transportation, specimen screening by immunoassay, confirmation testing of specimens by GC/MS, LC/MS, GC/MS/MS, or LC/MS/MS, electronic reporting of results data, electronic data transfer to lab, and storage of specimens that have been confirmed positive, adulterated, diluted, or substituted. 3. Samples Two (2) samples of each proposed product must be provided with vendor’s proposal. The samples are required for inspection and evaluation. The samples will not be returned. Additional samples may be requested by the Office of the Purchasing Agent if necessary. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in rejection of the entire proposal. The final decision as to whether or not the product is equal to or better than the products specified is solely at the discretion of the Department.
