Specifications include, but are not limited to: 8.1 Perform a load calculation on building to determine the correct tonnage of air conditioning and heating required. 8.2 Install three (3) package units on the south side of the building and one (1) split system for the concession area. 8.3 Pour three (3) new concrete slabs for the package units and one (1) slab for the condenser unit. 8.4 Install new electrical to all package units, condenser, and air handler. 8.5 Install new electrical disconnects and electrical whips to all the equipment. 8.6 Install new low voltage wiring from equipment to each thermostat location. 8.7 Install vibration pads on all equipment. 8.8 Install hail guards on all outside equipment. 8.9 Install all new primary and secondary drain lines with arm flex insulation. 8.10 Install programmable thermostats for each unit. 8.11 Install float switch on air handlers secondary drain pan. 8.12 Install new copper line set recommended by unit manufacturer with arm flex insulation and line set cover. 8.13 All materials needed to complete this installation will be provided by the vendor. 8.14 Complete start up on the cooling/heating system with a Fort Bend County Facilities representative present. 8.15 Design exposed, round metal duct work with sidewall supply diffusers to distribute air across building on all package units; conventional ductwork at concession area. 8.16 Install a fresh air vent system including all necessary ductwork and louver on outside wall for the current vent hood in the concession area to meet all recommended manufacturer specifications and code requirements. 8.17 Demo all old equipment and replace metal siding as required to match existing 8.18 Demo all abandoned electrical back to disconnects. 8.19 General contractor must carry a current air conditioning and refrigeration contractors license by the State of Texas. General contractor and or subcontractor must carry a current electrical license by the State of Texas. Proof of such licensing must accompany Vendor’s proposal.
