Specifications include, but are not limited to: INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE The City of Euless is requesting sealed bids for demolition of all buildings, foundations, parking lot areas, fences and signs within the site located at 1451 W Euless Blvd, Euless, Texas. The overall objective of this project is to remove and dispose of all structures, foundations, debris, site components, etc. and to leave the ground empty, level, and ready for future development The successful contractor will be expected to provide all tools, transportation, labor and equipment necessary to perform the required duties thereinThe work activities will follow all applicable rules and regulations, including the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), the EPA National Emission Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), as applicable. Contractor shall submit any required state notification prior to beginning work. All work schedules shall be approved by consultant and City of Euless. Contractor shall supply all water and electricity needed to complete the project.
