Specifications include, but are not limited to: DART is introducing a new comprehensive payment system which will include a contactless payment card (CPC). The CPC will be a card that riders can load with cash at retail outlets and then use to pay for tickets in lieu of cash at train or bus stations. The selected Vendor will conduct beta tests with consumers for the CPC. Using DART rider data, research and conversations with key DART stakeholders, the Vendor will identify the key primary and secondary target audience segments for each beta test. The Vendor will also develop a recruitment screener. The Vendor will work with DART to set a recruitment quota for each target audience segment and will assess how the size of the sample affects the statistical significance of the research. The Vendor will then outline a recruitment strategy for each audience segment, develop research instruments and be responsible for full analysis.
