Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide the consulting services and/or implementation services for Oracle / PeopleSoft Governance, Risk and Compliance Management (GRC) training, needs assessment, business case analysis, implementation planning and scheduling for the Harris County Auditor’s Office (HCAO). Harris County is currently in the process of arranging and conducting an ERP software implementation of PeopleSoft (version 9.2). While the exact timing of the ERP implementation is not yet known, it is expected that the plan for the necessary features and functions of the ERP implementation will have been completed to allow the GRC vendor selected to develop an implementation plan and schedule with that understanding and presumption. Harris County has acquired the following Oracle GRC modules: GRC Manager, GRC Financial Governor, Advanced Controls, Application Access Controls and Configuration Controls.
