Specifications include, but are not limited to: ● ACC’s Compliance Office preference for the Compliance Training Software Solution would be a unified online-only compliance solution. ● ACC requires the provisioning of an online orientation software whose content fulfills state and federal mandates as outlined in Article 2 of this solicitation for students and employees concerning topics of sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking crimes and the reporting of these incidents. The content must remain compliant within the aforementioned state and federal regulations. ● ACC requires secure, two-way file transmission of student and employee personally identifiable information between the institution’s and vendor’s databases. Data includes the end user email address, first name, last name, manager name, manager email address, user’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system identification (“ACCeID”), department, and training module and corresponding training module completion date and status.
