Specifications include, but are not limited to: i. Assist City staff in identifying all necessary documents and materials to develop an IPP. This includes meeting with various City Departments. ii. Coordinate support to facilitate community outreach with stakeholders. This may be achieved with workshops or the formation of an advisory committee or both. iii. Develop Technically Based Local Limits or demonstrate they are not necessary. iv. Develop an inspection and enforcement plan. v. Develop Forms and Templates for City use in running the IPP. vi. Develop and issue an Industrial User Survey and collect and compile the results for use in tailoring the program to the City’s needs. vii. Develop a Fats, Oil and Grease (FOG) Program.
