The work is generally described as follows: Construct and finish the complete boardwalk estimated at approximately 39,305 square feet and approximately 3,897 square feet of turf area, to include but not limited to the drilled piers, structural steel, electrical system, decking, railing, sail covers, entrance sign, and corresponding flat work consistent with the plans and specs included within this RFP. Includes all trade scopes as identified in the plans and specs. Coordinate audio/video/security/access controls installations with City Coordinate landscape and irrigation equipment install with City Coordinate site utilities and final/rough grading with the City
