Specifications include, but are not limited to: Cedar Trees shall be cut and hauled off in an organized and safe manner. If removing branches on site, the removed branches shall be placed in a pile that will be designated and called out in an onsite meeting with the Parks & Recreation Director or designee. No other debris pile may be left behind unless agreed upon with the Parks & Recreation Director or designee. Stumps may be left in the ground and will be removed during the earthwork of the Community Park Phase II project. A removal log shall be maintained documenting the measurement of each trunk, date harvested and cost per inch. The measurement of each trunk shall be determined by inches of diameter at breast height (DBH) which is 4’5” above the ground to provide a consistent measuring height for calculations and documentation. This document shall be turned into the Parks & Recreation Director or designee and approved before submitting the payment to the City of Midlothian.
