Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Contractor shall have access to National Public Health Coordination Office (NPHCO), located at the University of Massachusetts Medical School’s Lamar Soutter Library. b) Contractor shall have access to evidence-based public health resources including ejournals, e-books, and databases through the Public Health Digital Library. c) Contractor shall provide NPHCO training, upon Agency request, at no additional expense to HHS. d) Contractor shall have the ability to partner with local health science libraries to provide document delivery services to member(s). e) Contractor shall have the ability to provide document delivery services for articles and other material not available through the PHDL collection. f) Contractor shall coordinate document delivery services between members.
