Specifications include, but are not limited to: In general, the Architectural Professional, and the proposed consulting team, will be responsible for providing programming services, utilities locations, civil engineering and building site work design and construction documents for the site and utilities. Other management and administrative services will include code analysis, preparing progress reports, feasibility cost estimates, project schedules with updates and construction administration. Campus utilities should be taken into consideration for this programming effort including siting building locations. The Architectural Professional is expected to provide the cost and feasibility of the project. This team will work with the Modular Building company to incorporate their design of a 14,000 square foot Child Care facility on each site. The following are proposed phases of work: • Programming and Scope of Work. • Budget Verification. • Site Plan Development (denoting potential locations, only, not building design) • Civil Engineering; grading and utility work construction documents. • Design and construction documents of an approximately 14,000 SF outdoor play area including landscaping plans and fencing. • Construction administration. • Furniture layout and installation. • ADA Design. • Mechanical Design. • IT / Access Control / Surveillance Design.
