Tarrant County Administration is seeking proposals from vendors with expertise, resources, and experience in delivering a cloud-based software solution to support Tarrant County’s Dispute Resolution (DR). The software should be ready to use upon installation and require minimal customization. The objective of this project is to provide a high-quality dispute resolution service tracking and management solution to DR staff and supporting volunteer mediators; approximately 60 users. B. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is seeking to procure a cloud-based software solution designed to be user-friendly and responsive, with a modern look and feel. The preferred solution will provide the following capabilities: 1. Create and track mediation cases for DR 2. Maintain and assign mediators to cases. 3. Record mediation activities and statuses. 4. Create, maintain, and consume forms, documents, and templates. 5. Provide electronic signature capabilities. 6. Track payments and funding. 7. Support Role Based Access Control (RBAC). 8. Support the needs of parties, attorneys, and mediators. 9. Generate and send notifications to parties involved.
