Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Work Summary 1. Upgrade, repair, and troubleshoot pre-existing physical access system. Add any additional hardware as needed and troubleshoot software. 2. Repair and troubleshoot any other hardware that is commonly used with access doors to give staff agility and control without the use of physical keys. 3. Ensure that readers are working probably and have easy access at each location. B. Current Configuration 1. Software: a. Axis Companion Version 3 and 4 2. Card/Key fobs: a. HID Global 1437NGGNNN MIFARE Credential cards b. Format A901146A 3. Controller: a. Axis COMM 0540-001 A1001 Network Door Controller Open Platform 4. Readers: a. Network Video Door Station 6MP Camera 2-way Audio b. Axis COMM A4010- E Reader without Keypad touch free reader C. Work to be completed as part of this proposal will be done at the sites as detailed in any drawings or specifications. D. All equipment that may need to be replaced for example, a card reader, will need to be mounted in same location so it can operate within the range of temperatures for for the geographic region. E. Any additional repairs of all card readers, controllers, power supplies, locking mechanisms and cabling which is internal to the system will need a “Purchase Order” in order to proceed. F. Additional installations requirements: 1. Install all cabling and equipment according to State, Federal and local codes. All cabling above the ceiling will be plenum rated. 2. If needed, provide all building penetrations, fire stops, conduit, and any electrical Installation. 3. Test the operation of all card readers, doors, software and any other equipment once repairs are completed.
