Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The contractor shall perform an annual preventative maintenance inspection and, replace any fluids, belts, hoses of filters according to OEM specifications. 2. The contractor upon request shall make repairs necessary to make the equipment operational. 3. The contractor shall remove from the site all debris, materials or fluids used in the maintenance/repair of generators. 4. Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, and technical expertise and equipment necessary to maintain or repair generator. 5. Work preformed shall not negatively impact DART business or customers. 6. Repairs shall be compensated at an hourly rate plus parts. ; 1. Check engine oil and coolant for proper levels and condition. 2. Check air filter and crankcase breathers. Replace as needed. 3. Check and adjust belts required. Replace as needed 4. Check genset for loose, bare broken wiring or connections. 5. Check governor operation, stability linkage and oil. 6. Check pumps and lines for leaks or damage. 7. Check engine, heaters, radiator, hoses and heat exchanger for leaks and condition. 8. Check inlet screen if water is supplied other than a radiator. 9. Check condition batteries (load test) electrolyte level and charge rate. 10. Start and run engine, check temperatures and pressures.
