The Dallas County Purchasing Department along with the Institute of Forensic Sciences (SWIFS) is seeking an accredited vendor to provide a broad range of ISO 17025 compliant calibration services to be ordered on an as needed basis. All of the calibration services listed on the bid must be covered on the vendor’s scope of accreditation. Dallas County may also purchase other calibration services available on the vendor’s on-line catalog or pricer.

Terms of Agreement: This will be a firm fixed price agreement for a 24 months beginning the date of award. This contract may be renewed /extended for three (3) additional, twelve (12) month periods subject to the availability of departmental funding, vendor performance, mutual agreement by all parties. All renewals/extensions shall be based on existing terms, conditions, and price structures set forth in original bid award or as amended in writing by Dallas County.
