Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows:
1. Concrete and Paving work
• Removal of Existing Concrete Materials
• Minor Grading and Earthwork
• Proposed Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter, Driveways, Pedestrian Ramps, Stairs, Retaining Walls, Asphalt, Roadway Striping, and Traffic Control
2. Landscape, Irrigation, and Miscellaneous
• Proposed Irrigation System
• Landscaping/Sodding, Topsoil, Mulch, Trees, Root Barrier System, Landscape Lighting
• Handrail, Benches, Bike Racks, Trash Receptacles, Water Fountain, Signage, and Shade Structures
Bidders are expected to inspect the site of the work and to inform themselves regarding all local conditions prior to submitting bids.
