Description

The purpose of this contract is to provide labor, material and equipment and performing all work required for chipping/grinding, removal and disposal of tree limbs and brush at the City of Bay City Brush Site located on Skelly Road approximately 1 mile north of Golden Avenue. Part of the brush to be chipped is the result of Hurricane Harvey. Additional contract requirements are listed in the Contract Rider (Contract Rider #1) to meet the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Grant Program Requirements.
