Hardware Maintenance and Support a) During the first 12 months following a hardware purchase, Annual Maintenance and Support (AM&S) is provided at no cost under Lexmark’s hardware warranty. State Users should purchase the next 12 months of AM&S at the initial purchase of any hardware or prior to the expiration of the existing AM&S agreement. AM&S shall include full service maintenance. b) Full service maintenance shall be inclusive of all preventative maintenance, on-site services calls, emergency calls, parts, labor and all other charges required to keep the hardware fully operational and maintained in good working condition. c) Maintenance shall be performed during normal working hours (8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) or at a mutually agreed upon time. d) Contractor(s) shall schedule maintenance based on the specific needs of the individual machine as determined by the manufacturer. Contractor(s) shall schedule preventative maintenance in advance with the office where the machine is located. The preventative maintenance calls shall include routine cleaning, lubrication, necessary adjustments and replacement of unserviceable parts.
