This project consists of reroof work for the City of Morristown's Fire Stations #2, #5, #6, and the City Hall Building. The existing roofing and roof insulation shall be removed down to the existing roof decks. Roof deck shall be observed by the Owner and Architect, and damaged portions of the roof deck and wood blocking shall be repaired or replaced. The new scope of work includes the application of a new 30 Year Warranted EPDM membrane roof system that includes insulation, coverboard, flashing, and roof membrane at Fire Stations #5 and #6 and at the City Hall Building. Fire Station #2 shall receive a new asphalt shingle roof system with new underlayment. Existing penetrations shall be reflashed per the roofing manufacturer's recommendations and incidental repairs and re-painting of adjacent trim will be required.
