Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Structural Engineering Analysis of existing structures and or members to determine their strength and usability. B. Structural Engineering Analysis of existing structures and or members that in some way have been compromised, so as to determine the extent of damage, and the ability to repair and replace, and also to prepare repair details, drawings and specifications. In the event the structure is deemed not to be repairable, this could require a letter of Structural Failure. At times these services may be considered to be Emergency Services. C. Structural Engineering Analysis of existing structures and or members to determine the ability to make modifications to the existing and then prepare the details, drawings, specifications and Opinions of Probable Construction Cost. D. Provide services relative to the conceptual design and full design of new Structures and or members, to include details, drawings and specifications. E. These services could include structures constructed from all common building materials, such as reinforced concrete, structural steel, wooden structures, masonry, etc. F. Services may also include Bid/Award or Quotation of work, and Construction Administrative Services, and or Opinion of Probable Construction Cost. G. Additional Services relative to Structural Engineering that may be necessary as required by project specific issues.
