Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to select one Contractor that can meet the State’s needs for statewide office furniture and related services. This includes: new freestanding moveable work stations of the open office systems furniture type consisting of connecting panels and attachable components, tables and chairs; casegoods; and including all customer service, installation, and design services. The minimum acceptable requirement for a respondent’s product line, design, style, materials, workmanship, performance, safety and services are set forth herein and in RFP Attachment 6.6, Pro Forma Contract. The goal of the State is to contract with one Contractor to elevate and standardize the office environment while meeting the individual needs of each agency. The State wishes to partner with a Contractor who provides competitive pricing, exceptional product quality, efficient communication, and exemplary customer service.
