The scope of work will: Begin immediately upon receipt of a Notice to proceed. Create annual (from Jan 2019-21) digital orthoimagery for 873 square miles for the County (the “Services”). The delivered products will include new County-wide Orthoimagery. Imagery should be produced in 24-bit natural color, 4 band with 256 levels for each band, with a ground resolution of .25 US Survey Feet. Imagery shall be collected during the Winter/Spring of each year beginning in 2019 and shall be produced during “leaf off” conditions. It is expected that one company will perform all work. Suggestions to alternative methodologies, in whole or in part, are welcome Vendor should submit a comprehensive price schedule for all deliverables. Cost Breakdown for all deliverables of Color Imagery at Three Inch Resolution Comply with relevant County PCI, HIPAA and Network policies and procedures. A1. Accuracy: Preference is for acquired orthoimagery data to be compiled to meet or exceed 1 foot vertical accuracy at 90% confidence level and 3.33 feet horizontal accuracy at 90% confidence level as specified in NMAS (National Map Accuracy Standards) for 1”=100’ scale imagery. A2. The successful vendor must agree to meet Federal Geographic Data Committee/National Map Accuracy Standards for Orthoimagery and Metadata at a resolution of 3" GSD and provide color balancing. A3. The successful vendor must guarantee meeting a minimum of 60% Forward Lap and 20% Side Lap; with a Sun angle 30 degrees or less. A4. Imagery should be produced in 24-bit natural color, 4 band with 256 levels for each band, with a ground resolution of .25 US Survey Feet. Imagery shall be collected during the Winter/Spring of each year beginning in 2019 and shall be produced during “leaf off” conditions. A5. Provide orthoimagery data in geographic TIFF raster data format and Mr. SID Generation 3 compression format. A6. Included will be horizontal and vertical control reports, point listing and field notes, aerial triangulation report and orientation parameters.
