Specifications include, but are not limited to: 6.2.1Prepare written amendments to include ordinances and resolutions to the Zoning and Land Use Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations. The primary content of these amendments will be provided by City staff.6.2.2Evaluate current ordinances to identify and resolve any inconsistencies with proposedamendments and provide general cleanup.6.2.3Evaluate current Subdivision Regulations to identify and resolve any inconsistencies withproposed amendments and provide general cleanup.6.2.4Evaluate the City’s Public Works Standards and identify inconsistencies with the proposed amendments to the Zoning and Land Use Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations.6.2.5Based on new zoning districts, prepare an amended zoning map using ArcGIS, to rezone areas to match density of existing development pattern and align the zoning map to the newly created zoning districts.
